Mould Release Agent for Concrete Formwork
Product Description
CONFO POWER OIL is a low viscosity mineral oil with high flash point for use in shuttering and moulds.
Specially formulated to ensure the quick and clean release of hardened concrete by reacting chemically
with the cement at the surface and reduces the blowholes increased formwork of wooden & metal shutter life.
This product facilitates release of moulds from metal casting, concrete & wooden form-work.

Application:
Shuttering Oil (Proprietary Grade) are applied by spraying guns,sponge, rollers or by brushes prior to
pouring aerated concrete and are recommended for use as a concrete mould release agent with the
protection of moulds from rust.
Preparation before using Shuttering Oil: Ensure all formwork is clean and dry before application.
Shuttering Oil is supplied ready to use - no need to dilute product. Apply before first pour and re-apply
before subsequent pours immediately after stripping and cleaning the mould. Application can be by spray or fine haired brush.
Shuttering Oil Coverage is 40-50m2 per litre dependent on porosity
pouring aerated concrete and are recommended for use as a concrete mould release agent with the
protection of moulds from rust.
